Katie is a certified Rule 114 Court Qualified Neutral on the Minnesota Supreme Court Roster. She mediates divorce and parenting agreements, family and community disputes, and workplace and business conflict.

Mediation is a different job from therapy. Katie is not there to help either party understand themselves better — she is there to help two people who disagree reach an agreement they can both live with, in fewer hours and for less money than litigating it.
