Clinical records are held under HIPAA and Minnesota law. We use your information to provide treatment, to bill your insurer where you have authorised it, and to run the practice. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.
When you arrive
— Risk of serious harm to yourself or another identifiable person
— Suspected abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult
— A valid court order
— Information required by your insurer to authorise or pay for care you have consented to

Contact and appointment request forms are used only to respond to you and are not a secure channel for clinical detail — please keep those messages brief. We do not publish client information on this site, and testimonials are not solicited from current clients.

Not from us. We do not confirm to anyone that you are a client without your written authorisation, except in the legal circumstances listed above.

Depending on availability we offer same-day or next-day appointments. There is no long waitlist and no referral required for most plans.
